This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise, which Sasuke has done twice in the anime. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.
The anime has a number of other objects being used for this jutsu, such as a boulder, mud, a scarecrow, and even a large rolled-up carpet. These items are usually nowhere in sight, suggesting that they are merely gags meant to lighten up the situation and not an actual part of the jutsu. Additionally, the normal practice of switching places with a section of log is done in several places that have no such thing anywhere nearby.
This technique is sometimes referred to as the Art of Projection ("Utsusemi no Jutsu") in other manga and anime series.

In the anime, Naruto has been somewhat practical at using this jutsu a couple of times.

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" ("Shunshin no Shisui"), likely referring to this technique.
The Body Flicker technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the "Sand Body Flicker" (Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the "Mist Body Flicker" (Kiri-Shunshin), "Water Body Flicker" (Mizu-Shunshin), and "Leaf Body Flicker" (Konoha-Shunshin).

Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. Unlike other clones, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. Sasuke Uchiha claims that the Sharingan can tell the difference during his battle with Naruto at the Valley of the End.
Any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. It's also useful for training purposes, since the total amount of experience the user gains is multiplied by the total number of clones being used to train. Using it in this manner is far more difficult, however, since a large number of clones are needed to make a significant difference in the training time. It's unclear if other types of clones possess this advantage.
This technique is considered dangerous because of the manner in which the clones are created. Because the user divides their chakra among the clones, the user could potentially use up all their chakra fairly quickly if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones, such as Naruto does with Multiple Shadow Clone Technique, this jutsu's enhanced (and forbidden) form. Naruto is able to use this technique to the extremes that he does because of his tailed beast, the nine-tailed demon fox, which gives him an abnormally high chakra level. Even without the demon fox's chakra, Naruto can make quite a few clones, but nowhere near on the level he can when he has access to the demon fox's chakra. The technique can also be dangerous if the user is injured or has some otherwise debilitating physical condition at the time of the cloning, since all of the clones will be created in roughly the same state.

Description: The user creates a thousand shadow clones from one shuriken, striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. Because the clones form in just an instant, completely evading them is next to impossible. As a technique invented by the Third Hokage, its conceptualization and efficiency can certainly be said to be unique to the "Professor".
Limitations: This technique can be used after a 2-post cooldown. A master of this technique can make up to 2000 shuriken shadow clones, and steer them efficiently.

Description: This jutsu produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time. Orochimaru performed this jutsu to tamper with the seal on the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. The original seal allowed the Nine-Tails' chakra to seep out into Naruto Uzumaki, but the additional seal disturbs this, preventing Naruto from using the Nine-Tails' chakra or even controlling his own chakra properly. This is because an odd-numbered seal creates an imbalance when placed on top of an even-numbered seal. When Orochimaru later notices that the seal has been removed, he remarks that there are very few ninja capable of doing so.

Biography:When Kazuki was a little boy nobody liked him because of how he would act sometime's.Kazukiwould get lost all the time even though his sense of direction was very good,His older sister would be the one who found him always.When kazuki was 5 his parents where killed by sound ninja in front of him.Kazuki tried to stop them but he was only a little boy and wasn't that strong.Kazuki was then made to stay with his sister.Kazuki trained eye's day to try and become stronger so that he would be able to protect anybody that he loved.

Kazuki stayed with his sister until the age of 12 that's when he got his own place.Kazuki enrolled in the academy where he was always lazy and barely did work but he did enough to pass the class.Kazuki then had a graduation party and became a Genin.Kazukiwent on plenty of mission as a genin,he always seem to be a better leader than the Jounin in charge.One day while Suzuki was walking down the street he a sighn that said there was an empty spot open for the hokage in the village,so Kazuki though this would be a good chance for him to become a leader and show of his leader ship skill's.

Kazuki read the sign and went to where it was at,when he got there he saw that it was about 10 people there 5 girls and 5 guys going for the spot excluding Kazuki.He thought why wouldn't more people go and try out for the empty spot but then the thought came to mind maybe people was scared about being hokage and that their lives would be at risk every day and you would have a lot of responsiblites.Kazuki said to himself ''people who are scared are right to be scared Im a lil scared myself''.

Kazuki then walked in and saw a man starting on a stand and talking.The man said ''Today all you will be trying out for the position of hokage of the leaf village you all should be very scared and at the same time very excited,my name is Tamkido and I will be the judge of the fights you all will participate in.You all will have to pick a number out of this box I hold in my hand''.Everybod then pick out a number from the box.Kazuki had number 1,all the other number went from Kazuki having number 1 a girl number 2 and in that pattern.

Tamkido then showed us a piece of paper telling us who we where going to fight aginst.Kazuki had to fight a man named Tamachi.Their match was immediately after everyone knew who they where going to fight.Kazuki was giving the first attack since Kazuki main weapon was his sword thats what he used,he charge at the man before jumping in the air and coming down with his sword.Tamachi blocked it with his kunai and then kicked Kazuki in the stomach which sent him hurling to the ground.

Tamachi said''Why the hell is somebody as weak as you going out for a position like that your only going to end up getting your self hurt or worse dead you should just quite now and let somebody stronger go on ahead''.Kazuki was very mad at what the man had said to him,that mad and fell weak then it made kazuki head have flash back of his brothers being dead in their home.Kazuki then passed out,Tamachi then smile and said''ha I knew he was weak this was easier than I thought it would be''.

Kazuki was very mad at what he had said and from that point on Kazuki was beating the man and Finnaly won the match. Kazuki then beat everybody else and became Hokage.

RP-Sample:It was the day after he had graduated. He was finally a Genin, but still had a lot to learn. He made his way back to his home during the day to tell his parents. His house was empty with a small note. We will be back tonight. That is all there was to the note. No explanation, no time, no real anything. He sighed and made his way to his room. His thoughts flowed to the whereabouts of his sisters, but quickly vanished. He was tired and now was the only time he could rest.The sun finally went down when he woke; the wind blew gently outside his window. He stretched a bit before rising out of his bed. He moved back into the main room of his home. Still his parents hadn’t returned. A quick look of worry crossed his face, but quickly vanished. ‘They will be back.’ The thought crossed his mind quickly as he got a drink of water.He drank slowly, while staring out at the village. The calm wind made everything seem peaceful and calm. It was like the village wasn’t active at night, like all the weapons were locked away in their homes. At least that was what he thought. The sound made him jump as he heard a bang outside his door. ‘What the….’ His thoughts raced as his right hand made its way to in front of his nose, his mind and chakra already setting for an attack. A quick movement outside the window made his hand drop. It was his father and he was hurt…badly.Fear shot through his face as he made his way to the door. “Son.” The words were weak and hardly audible over the wind. Kazuki made his way quickly to his father’s side and studied the wounds. His father was bleeding to death right in front of him. His hands shot to the wounds and slowly he tried to heal them. After about 5 minutes he thought he was done. His eyes scanned the wounds again and the blood was still coming. What had he done wrong? Why wasn’t the blood stopping? Again he tried and again the wounds did not stop.He was about to try again, but a hand stopped him. “You didn’t pay attention did you?” Kazuki’s eyes shot to his fathers and the image was burned. His father’s face was filled with disappointment, resentment, and the one that hurt the most…hatred. There was full out hatred for his son who now was going to let him die because of his ignorance. Because he didn’t study hard enough, didn’t learn enough and for that it was his father’s life. Failure was what Marid was now at this point. A complete and total failure to his family’s name.His father’s grip tightened and he pushed Kazuki away. “Go! Before it comes.” Rein’s eyes went wide as the hatred was now visible by the light of his home. There was hatred and pain in his father’s eyes. Anger flushed through Kazuki’s body. At himself and the thing who had done this. He ran to his father’s side and wrapped his arms around him. “Father I am sorry.” He whispered tears flowing from his eyes.A sound in the bushes made his father jump. “ go!” His eyes scanned the darkness as he tried to sit up. Kazuki’s arms wrapped tighter around his father. “No father you can’t die. I won’t let you.” The tears began to flow harder as he squeezed his father. “No dad!” His face was grabbed by two weak hands and he was face to face with his father. “Tears are not for ninja. You should know this by now, so why do you cry? You are a failure to me Kazuki. It’s a shame I have to die in such a presence.” Those were the last words his father would ever speak. A sharp beam of chakra came and hit him dead in the throat. His hands dropped and his eyes went blank. His body dropped to the ground with a soft thud. That was the end of his father.
Kazuki’s eyes widened at the words that had been spoken. His father had just told him he was a failure, not to himself, but to his whole family. The blood from his father’s throat splattered on his face. Anger now replaced the sadness that was inside of him. Anger, hatred, regret, pain, disgrace, contempt, and failure all rushed through his body at once. All those emotions shot at his thoughts. They screamed in his mind almost taunting him.The owner of this chakra stepped out of the darkness and laughed. “Well I finally got him.” The joy in the voice made Kazuki’s stomach sick. “And what do I have here? A child ninja crying over his father.” The laughter was sick and twisted as a crane with four tails made his way over to Kazuki. “Are you sad little one?” A sharp pain crossed through Kazuki’s stomach as the words were spoken. “I asked you a question child.” More pain shot across Kazuki’s body. “Come on let’s have fun with this one.” "I'm taking that his man I kill is your father." The tailed craned laughed one more time at the hopeless Kazuki.Five minutes. Five minutes of pure pain and torture. Five minutes of blows that should have knocked him out. Five minutes of pure hell. The four tails laughed and kept making sneering comment. “Still awake huh? Well maybe I should take you out like your father then.” It laughed again as only two tails were drawn. “Should I kill you fast or slow huh?” More laughter left it's throat as it joked about how to kill the child.Kazuki’s body ached. Everything about him hurt. There was nothing left for him. He had lost his father. He had shamed his family. There was nothing left for any ninja after that. ‘At least I can die with honor.’ This thought crossed his mind as he watched the four tails. His eyes glanced over to where his father laid dead, his blood soaking into the sand. Kazuki’s anger returned as he scanned his father’s corpse. His hatred grew within him. His hands moved and he pushed himself up weakly, his eyes staring at his feet, tears flowing from his eyes. “I will kill you.” His words were soft, but loud enough for the bijuu to hear.The four tails bijuu looked at him and laughed loudly. “Oh did I hear that correctly? You're is going to kill me.” The third and fourt tail stood up with the first two. “Oh no I must retreat.” Again it laughed in greif looking at Kazuki. “Ok you little s***. Its time for you to die.” It viciously charged Kazuki. The chakra of the bijuu aimed for his throat.Kazuki’s head slowly raised and his hand was already set. “BURN IN HELL!” The rage left his body and the four talis stopped instantly. Kazuki’s chakra flowed uncontrollably out of his body. The four tails looked in a daze. It's faces twisted in pain and blood began to flow from it's mouths.
This technique was like no other. One that even Kazuki couldn’t explain. It was genjutsu mixed with medical ninjutsu and ninjutsu alike. His chakra seemed to shoot out at his opponent while it was in a dazed trance. It spread through it's body like a sick virus destroying everything it touched. The pain was excruciating both to him and the bijuu. His chakra flowed around every cell of their body. Unlike healing jutsu this jutsu destroyed everything. It took the structure of the cell and imploded it. Simply just making the body collapse within itself.Two minutes. Two minutes passed and the four tails was dead. Kazuki’s body gave out and he fell to the ground. The wind picked up, as he lay there completely drained of chakra. ‘Father I did it.’ The thought crossed his mind before he blacked out. A ninja from his village happened to be passing by. He saw the young boy and the two corpses. He moved quickly to the boy and took him inside his home and laid him down on his bed. He left quickly and silently and went to report what he saw to the Hokage.Two Days Later.The sun splashed across the window onto Kazuki’s face. This startled him and he shot up looking around. His mind quickly went over what had just happened the night before. Or he thought it was the night before. He went to jump out of bed, but was held down by the sharp pain that had shot through his body. He flinched in pain then moved again with more caution.The village was buzzing and people filled the streets. The two corpses had already been moved from where they were.Kazuki looked and shook his head. Was it a dream? Had he dreamed all of this had happened? The sharp pain that shot through his body told him other wise. He turned and then saw the note in the same place it had been. That’s when he knew it wasn’t a dream. The Note Read Dear, Kazuki this is your Kage speaking. If you reading this letter then it means that I didn't make it. If your not clear of what I'm talking about I performed a jutsu upon you to seal the 4 tailed within you. I can only hope that you use this 4 tailed power to bring peace and tranquility to this world. As your Kage this is my wish. Please do this for me Rein for everyone in village and the shinobi world is depending on you. Please, I repeat. Please do not fail me as my future successor. I believe in you. He went and got ready slowly trying not to injure himself anymore. His first plan was to go to the health facility and get fixed up. A sigh left his throat as he made it out into the busy streets. Quickly he made it to the facility and was treated. Everything for him was back to normal. A smile crossed his face as he made his way back home. Would he report what had happened? He knew he should, but what was the point. There was no evidence that anythingever been there. The only thing he had that he could remember clearly was his father’s face. The look of shame that his father wore before he died.Another thought crossed his mind as well. The look of the bijuu's face just before it died. This thought shot through his mind and was just as clear as his father’s face. His mind raced around trying to figure out the jutsu he had used. It had to be powerful to knock him out for two days. After about ten minutes of thinking about it, he finally just gave up. Whatever he had done he would learn how to do it again sooner or later. 1) Members are not allowed to start with their own, made up Kekkei Genkai. You need Administrative permission, and I do not approve of this Kekkei Genkai that allows you to break out of any Genjutsu without fail. That's definitely over-powering.

2) You only use Fire and Lightning therefore you shouldn't have Water Clones or any other Water Release technique.

3) Your limit for Five Elements Seal should be 6, not 8.

4) Each of the Eight Gates count as Jutsu in themselves, and you need the first gates, before unlocking the rest, so, make sure you edit it. Also, Taijutsu, or Nintaijutsu should be your specialization if you have this technique.

5) Your Bringer-of-Darkness Technique needs a duration, for how long it lasts on a target.

6) You cannot have any Medical Ninjutsu, unless you specialize in Medical Ninjutsu.

Once these things are dealt with, I'll take another look at your app.

BUMB I fixed the problems

1) You'll need to be older then 19, I mean, that is pretty young for Kage rank.

2) Muon Satsujin Jutsu and Katon: Hotama no Jutsu need to follow the Jutsu template available to you on every app. All I see is the description, and what rank they are. In order to be complete you must follow the template for the jutsu.

3) The Eight Gates are Jutsu in themselves. The 1st gate is an individual technique, and the rest are individual.

4) You need to limit to how many clones you can use at once 1-15, and a duration for them.

Alright, I'll take another look once these changes are made.

1) 15 each post for your Clones? That's quite a lot. You need to put a duration down for how long these Shadow Clones last. Reasonably you should be able to make 1-15 shadow clones in one thread (not post) and they should have a duration for how long they're out.

2) Ok, you can only start with 20 Jutsu. You've counted the 1st-4th Gates as one technique, and 5th-8th gate as another Jutsu... Each should be a jutsu in itself. Separate from one another. Altogether, they should make 8 different jutsu, you can only start with 20, so, you'll need to edit the jutsu accordingly.

Once your app. is edited again, I'll take yet another look.

Well, I noticed you removed all the Eight Gates except the first one... Well, I also noticed you still had the Eight Gates as a technique, each Gate is a separate technique.

Remove the Eight Gates Technique, and leave the 1st Gate as a technique (perhaps add the 2nd gate as well)

Once that is done, I'll be able to approve this app. (as far as I can see anyways)
